Im mad at all the other corps for not having a better show

We were at San Marcos, CA. We asked the staff to turn it up a couple times but other than that, pretty good. Pretty, pretty, good.

Thank you Crown for single handedly restoring my faith in DCI. Hopefully you come out west next year

I still think semifinals order should be drawn randomly. Would definitely shake things up.

Just for DCI's information: I've watched The Cadets opener like 20 times vs. the 2 or 3 I could grind out of BD's .

just finished watching some footage. snareline did not have the best outing. ROUGH. but interesting show. will have to see it like 1000 times to like it

When I heard Phantom was playing the Red Violin, I dl and watched the film to hear what it was going to sound like. Fantastic I thought, I really liked the soundtrack to the movie. but when I saw the field show I was severely disappointed. The designer did not really use the music right. That beautiful violin melody should have been used throughout the show. I don't think it's used after the opener. The show is just weak sauce after the first half. the redFacedlou

I agree, Bluecoats design team; WTF!! So mad. First of all, BD did Mingus better. Then Hunting Wabbits just makes me think what the hell that has to do with the rest of the show. I saw them in person and i was just like Loucoats

I remember competing against them a few years back and just feeling bad for them. Now I can't decide if their or Crown's climb to the top is the more inspiring story this year.??? Troopalou

I like the solo. The show sounds weird when I listen to the semis version. To me it gives the show character, ugly solo for a beautiful ballad. Plus he hits the sh1t out of the last note. Almost like he was just doing it on purpose. That's jazz baby!
