I am happy to personally work with anyone that is having recurring problems connecting to the site. If we can find a common denominator or clue of where the problem exists, I'll do my best to get it resolved. Drop me a PM with the details of your configuration, the specific URL you use to connect to the site, and your network IP address - along with your contact info and the best time to call.
