arno0940 Posted July 13, 2006 Share Posted July 13, 2006 The Crossmen have their own Corps Director, Tour Management and teaching staff - I think Hop is more concerned with the overall experience that the Crossmen Kids are having and making sure that there is money to get them down the road. He also wrote for Jersey Surf at one point as well. His drill for Crossmen this year has given them the best drill they've had since I've been a fan (since 1980). It's fantastic.
