GlassFan
I'm sitting in my hotel room in Downtown Atlanta looking at the Dome off in the distance...The Promise Keepers are in town also, so I will walk to the show in a couple hours with about 5,000 of my closest bible toting friends :) Can't wait to see everyone...It going to be a long but wonderful day. I'll try to write a review in the next day or two. Edited July 29, 2006 by GlassFan
SeanOwenSullivan
...AND the Braves have an afternoon game. I strongly suggest MARTA (Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority). It's the ATL's 'subway' if you will. It's $1.75 each way. The Dome is the 1st stop west of five points. From the north/south line, get off at the Five Points station and take the east/west line west. No, you won't have to pay the fare again here. You will have to AFTER the show though, so I recommend getting both your MARTA tokens when you're going TO the show to avoid lines. The stop you need to get off at is called GA Dome/GA World Congress Center/Phillips Arena/CNN Center. Check out the MARTA rail map if this is confusing...MARTA Also, for any out of towners who are taking MARTA into town from the north or the northeast line make sure you read carefully which line you're getting on. They usually are pretty good about telling you which is which. You can take either the north or the northeast line to Lindbergh and wait for the appropriate train. Lots of ppl do it plus Lindbergh is a good, safe station. Cheers, Sean w/Stp: Edited July 29, 2006 by SeanOwenSullivan

Wonder how often that happens. A couple years ago (2003 I think) PK and DCI were in Indy the same day. Any other year I would have had to choose, but my wife was 8 months pregnant at the time, so my choice was home.
