With the 2nd camp coming up, just wanted to give this a bump.

And we are still recruiting for every section.

Our 2nd camp is less then one week away. Everyone is welcome to come on out and help make DCK's first year something to talk about.

If anyone needs any directions or information about the camp feel free to check out www.derbycityknights.com or shoot me a message.

Thanks

Jon

I saw the photos from your last camp. They look great.

Folks this corps is off to a great start and have all the ducks in a row to go after a class A championship.A remarkable amount of talent in the horn line.Everything seems to be well organized and they have played through 2/3 of the show in just two camps. That has to be some sort of record.

I look forward to seeing you guys down the road.

I had fun :)

And I'm giving some VERY strong consideration to "un-retiring" for this. B)

Yes, the horn line is really chomping at the bit for this show. By the end of the 3rd camp, we will be doing full runs of the brass book. But the all credit goes to the men and women in the DCK horn line. We ask for it, and they deliver it. It really is that simple. Both the drum line and color guard are also rocking. But the recruiting effort will continue for all sections.

Here are some pics of the January Camp.

I vote for the "un-retirement".

Awesome! I recognize one of those baritone players!

You should also recognize 2 sop players.

Is it just me, or is that baritone player sleeping at attention? :worthy::wacko: :P

It blows my mind at what this corps is capable of.
