This means that a venue (a band director and band boosters)submits interest in sponsoring a show, then the group pays the DCI fee. DCI doesn't go looking for venues at all. It may seem a little backward, but this is how it's been done for years and years. This is why why there's a show in Enid and not a show in OKC. Even the regionals?
