I've worked with enough top corps that say a corps full of guys are a scary thing.

When Cavies are good, It scares Everybody.

Not bad. I knew BK would be close, I didn't expect them to beat Mandarins their first show. Mandarins are really good. I knew SCV and Cavies was a spread thing. Cavies staff needs to lobby these judges and get a few more GE and Vis points if they're going to make a serious medal run.

I could be way off, I may give Cavies more tenths.

We will see. I have to stop second guessing myself. I had Crowns score exactly, then I changed it at the last minute. I'm going to just stick with the process this time.

Bluecoats are really good, Boston is really good. Cadets need to whip that colorguard in shape and do some visual rewrites.

Very scary top 6. Every corps in that group needs to stay on top of their game. Concord, Crown, Coats, Cavaliers, Clara and Crusaders Have their work cut out for themselves.

You did? My step brother James Dennis auditioned for them during that time, he made 1st soprano then deiced to march for Bridgemen. I loved Guardsmen late 70's early 80's.

I could see Blue Devils dropping below 3rd. Not because BD is slipping (Blue Devils are very good this year). The other top corps have up'd their game. Vanguard, Bluecoats, Crown and Boston all have a shot at top 3, not to mention Cavaliers are looking scary good this year. Having so many good corps at the top is a great thing.
