I played french horn in SCV. LOVED the sound, and I know drills are a bit more complex today but anyone who works hard enough can march and play a french horn just fine. It's a more sophisticated sound, and nowadays in my opinion corps are just plain too lazy to have them.

Personally, I think they all suck.

SCV 85-87 will always stand eternal in my book as the most ###### three consecutive years a corps has EVER enjoyed. Sorry Garfield. Doesn't mean I didn't like you too LOL.

What part don't you understand? The part where it doesn't do any good for the people who marched that year to hear the corps should've never been? I guess I do have a different view, and guess what? I have the right to have it. Don't dump on me because of the way I was raised to believe to stand behind my organization. You might think it was a service and that's your right too.
