i dont know for sure but im going to disagree - the reason they got rid of retreat was so that the corps who go on earlier can leave to get a move on to their next site/show since they had to show up at the competition earlier than the later corps.

since when did it become the Cadets problem that other corps can't raise money? What ever happened to personal responsibility - why is it that everyone has to help everyone else out?
