Anyone?

I haven't seen DCI in theaters in about 4 years. I've been to downtown and Mira Mesa to see DCI in the theaters. My question is where in San Diego is it the best to see the show? Basically which theater is the loudest. Every time I go I I always have to ask for the volume to be turned up.

Does anyone know where corps are going to be housed for the San Diego show?

Whos going to pay $20 dollars for an extra DVD just so you can get the box angle? Some people will but not everyone.

I was at finals. From what I got from it the crowd wasn't feeling the show. All throughout it all I heard were people saying, "why in the world are they talking." And even making some really rude remarks about the corps.

I find everything going on in this matter so sad. Being a member of 03 and 05 I believe everything John and the other staff members are saying. To all the people that are coming out and telling the truth about the dark things going on in this corp that staff and corps members have not been wanting to talk about for years except to our close friends, thank you. I'm very greatful for the memories and friends I've made being in the corps, but letting Alan get away with these actions is inexcusable.

Well I'm thinking if this has happend to John for what seems to be no apparent reason then who knows how many other people Alan Cox has done this to who just don't want to say anything. DCI should look into this to see if that is the case and make Alan Cox pay them because where that many has gone is anyones guess. Doesn't seem like its gone to the corps though, they're always in need for money.

I think John Mapes should bring this to the attention of DCI. Corps should not be able to do this.

Here is a brief update on my personal Esperanza Experience since my last post... Fact: Alan Cox (executive director) recently called last years section leader, Jeremy Riley, and told him to tell me if I make any calls, e-mails or put anything on line, that he will send every percussion member to collections. He also said, and I quote, "tell John to F#$% off and Die." I have still not been given any information on when I may be paid, and now I am being threatened by the director though an ex-member. If this isn't an indicator of the future of the organization, I don't know what is. This kind of behavior can't and should not be tolerated by the drum corps community! --------------------- Taken from world of pageantry forum.

Loved every second. I would love to see a corps like that come to the US for DCI championships.
