  1. AGREED, ALL though the placement and score was lower than 2008. I believe the corps was much better in 2009. LOOKING for great things in 2010.
  2. ACTUALLY IT IS A GREAT IDEA. IF that is what they are doing. these are only rumors. Heard from a buddy of a friend from a cousins aunt.
  3. not sure. maybe Mark Chambers. Looks like Mr. Chambers is taking a more administrative role. Heard that a NEW program designer , NEW drill writer , NEW guard caption head are all on the way. all TOP People with LOTS of DCI experience.
  4. With ALL the staff changes MADISON has announced for 2010 these area's were not addressed. That is WHY I look for more of the same from them in 2010. ALSO way too many PART time designers and staff. Van DOREN - CROWN , BLUE STARS, BLAST LEE - SCV Vanderkolff -SCV LEAVING JIM PRIME AS ONLY FULL TIME DESIGNER. Brass staff id s fine again with Greene and Williams but they are always good here. Fix the guard , Fix the drill.
  5. The difference is he is on the DESIGN STAFF IN 2010. THATS A BIG CHANGE. HE IS WRITING FOR CAVIES BUT DESIGNING FOR THE CROSSMEN .
  6. This is a BIG pick up. I understand MAC was there on a very limited basis in 2009 . To have him on the design TEAM gives the CROSSMEN just what they need. A DRUM CORPS MIND. Is he to work along side Aaron Guidry and Ray Ulibarri ? Mike McIntosh was a very important part to some GREAT Cavalier and Bluecoat programs. GREAT WORK CROSSMEN.
  7. So now the CROSSMEN have the entire 2005-2008 BLUECOATS percussion staff. PLUS MACINTOSH......... 2009 Crossmen -14th 2008 Bluecoats- 3rd 2007 Bluecoats 2nd 2006 Blue coats 3rd 2005 Bluecoats 6th same percussion Team. BONES should move up big time with this team. very very nice..
  8. Cavaliers are making adjustments to the staff. Jim Casella has already resigned. others ??
  9. Censorship. talking about the moderators at dCP ??? Lets all move on. PLEASE. OVER HYPE award-2010--MADISON SCOUTS... and its only been 3 weeks since finals.
  10. NOT TRUE. get some facts. Look at the travel of some DCA corps.
  11. Its very early. Most corps do not make announcements this early. You can't tell what other coep have up the sleeves yet. Madison had to announce something . bad design bad character from the 2009 members bad uniforms bad $$$ problems.- -still might continue. they needed a quick shot. let the dust settle and by memorial day 2010 we will have a much clearer idea.
  12. short term might move a bit. these are all designers not tour staff. that's where your nuts and bolts come in play. If they stick around ? these guys have not been full timers in some time. see where they are in 3-5 years. and if Madison can afford to keep them. question ? what happens to BLAST / SHOCKWAVE / BRASS THEATER / whatever ts called now ? besides these guys doing other coeps are they all leaving BILL COOK and the BLAST regime ?
  13. Maybe they can dig up the gerbil wheels from 86.... Gerbil... now that's funny.
  14. FTS everything is NOT about the scouts. get over it people. Another T-shirt Lost. Spirit should have beaten the SCOUTS Anyway.
