If girls are given many many many signals to not be leaders when they grow up, then why are there disproportionately more women going to and graduating from higher ed programs(Leaders). Equal opportunity does not mean equal outcome. I know of a few female band directors that could be corps directors that are too busy winning State and National Championships.

You need an editor. Can you define mansplaining for me? Can you at least look at the staff lists of each of the corps for me? Starting with the Academy, they have a number of women and non white staff members. A majority of the Blue Devils Front Office is female. go on from there...
