FYI, I read earlier in the year Jeff Prospiere retred from judging and of course he got hit with the axe, but I see he's judging July 20th in Louisiana. Good news for both DCI and his elbow.

I guess I was the only person to see a Cadet Snare fall during the show. Moving backstage left and playing that long roll - perfectly; then all of a suffen the roll became a complete mess and then down goes third snare in from left. Up quickly and seemed to have no injury. All 10 snares were in the Bristol parade but 1 Bass and 1 Tenor missing. Forgot to mention full battery in the show; 10, 5 AND 5.

May be a bit off topic - if so sorry. Anyone know why George has loosened the rule on beards? Noticed it last year also but more this year.

I guess the Title of that show would be "The Cariolis Effect. Rifle Spins counter clockwise above the mid-line and clockwise below the mid-line of the field.

I can find something good for every corps. The marching members bring to the field. a willingness to rehearse 12 hours a day regardless of the weather; co-exist with 149 other peoplle that are just as exhauted as you are without anyone getting beat up, shot, or assulted. They have prepared for countless hours just to audition, and pay money to march from June to August. The show and all the changes are out of their hands. They just make 100% effort to do as instructed. For that committment, I will applaud you anyday; and find at least something to remember your presence in a DCI Corps for 2014. Thank you for letting me watch your corps' presentation.
