  1. From what I know, they don't want to put their final product on the field because the judges want to see the evolution of the show over the course of the season. They don't want to max out their visual and GE scores and then hit a plateau.
  2. What I'm upset about is that in my area, summer doesn't start till June 1st, and it doesn't end till August 27th, so I won't get to march phantom till I'm in college:(((
  3. Why hasn't anyone thought of this before? This sounds like a great idea! I'd probably have to get 40 crown babies, cause I'd be throwing multiple at every big hit!!!
  4. 1-2) BD-Crown: I really hope that crown starts closing in the gap with BD, but until that drill gets cleaned, it's not gonna happen. 3-5) Phantom-SCV-Cadets: I think that phantom is gonna start pulling away from this group, but I don't think that their show design has the extra push it needs to be a top 2 show. I think once SCV cleans up across the board, they'll surpass Cadets. 6) Bluecoats: I don't see them really going anywhere other then 6th this year. Great show though. 7-10) Madison-Boston-Cavalier-Spirt:I think that this is pretty much set with everyone except spirt. They seem like a wild card and if they can have a good day, I wouldn't be surprised if They end up passing cavaliers and maybe even boston. 11-13) Blue Knights-Blue Stars-Crossmen: I really hope that Crossmen can pass either blue stars or blue knights but I don't know if they have the strength to do it.
  5. I'll have a better guess after I see the shows live in San Antonio, but from what I've seen online... 1)Crown-amazing brasss, and I think once they clean the visuals and really start expanding on their show concept, they'll be way ahead of the pack 2)BD-confused by their show concept (when am I not), but their brass is killer and the judges will always love them 3)Phantom-as you can tell, I'm a die hard phan, but I really think that they've stepped it up from years past, and if they can bring the brass and keep adding to they're show, they'll be sitting there on finals night with a medal 4)Cadets-love love love their drill and brass sound, but there are just a couple of moments I find a bit cheesy. Overall a great show 5)SCV-I think that when their show gets clean, it's gonna be one of my favorites 6)Bluecoats-I love their show! I wanna put them up higher, but I don't think the judges will 7)Madison Scouts-love that they're going back to their roots, and they're brass is great this year 8)Cavaliers-I know that they haven't started out great at all, but I think once they do a couple of re-writes and add some things in, they could be top 8, but I don't think they're gonna go any higher then 8 9)Boston Crusaders-their show could eaisally be one of my favorites this year, and I wish they would get more credit 10)Spirt-love their show, and they could easily make top 8 this year, too 11)Crossmen- I'm so glad to be able to say they might be in the top 12 again, and hopefully I'll be saying the same thing on finals night 12)Blue Stars-they'll get it clean, but I don't know if it's good enough for top 8, or even top 10
