  1. Yes! April Gilligan. Also Rick Wygant, Michelle Imbrogino, and Ann Jonelis.
  2. Michael Jones. Marched quads in the Garfield Cadets from 83 to 88. He also taught from 89 to 90 which gives him five total , but four as a marching member. Michael was an awesome person to march with and a fabulous instructor. Actually there was a few Cadets from these years with four rings. Mike Collette aged out in 1986.
  3. This fellow did not march in the Garfield snare line for ten years. He stopped marching after the 84 season. This would make for a cool story, however this did not happen.
  4. I marched in the Cadet snareline from 87 to 92 and the best snareline I ever marched in was 89. Between 87 and 88 I say 87. We could go through that 87 show tickless. However I liked our snare sound better in 88. Teddy hung out on my end of the snare line a lot at finals and from the look on his face I thought he was in a trance. Honestly I have never heard his tape I think he said nothing on it and just followed us around the whole show.
  5. No man!! I aint upset I thought SCV were amazing!!! Loved it!!!!
  6. Here are the judge sheets for Garfield 1987 finals.
  7. Check out the GE scores for Garfield from prelims to finals. 14.9 prelims and a 14.0 finals. Also someone check and see if that GE judge ever judged a finals show after that. That Garfield drumline was an undefeated line all year. So given a perfect score in conjunction with a GE dumping. I'll take it!
  8. not to mention a nice drum book eh Fred? we all learned so much in 86. you and the rest of the drum staff enabled us to achieve so much. it was such a learning experience. it was nice seeing you last year at giant stadium Fred. you are one of the greats. scott clark Dutch Boy 81,82,83,84,85,86 Garfield Cadets/Cadets 87,88,89,90,91,92
  9. Is the Building still a karate school? When I was a kid I couldn't wait to grow up to hang out there. I only got close to that when the corps had Friday night dances there in the winter of either 85 or 86. My dad helped run it.
  10. yes it is in Chelsea or was anyway and Keith you could walk there from my Revere house.
  11. Great now I can smell those steak-tips. I had my first date there. Love that place! They also have another place some where in NH. Or they used too. I will have to check with my parents. I can't wait to get home in August so I can go and eat!
  12. I grew up in Revere! and Whenever the weather gets nice, no matter where I live I crave Kelly's. When I visit my family in NH I always drive the hour and a half to the beach for some Kelly's. The one on Rt. 1 is not the same. Anyone want to send me a large roastbeef with bbq sauce?
  13. I was 13 years old. The hardest summer of my life and the best.
