I disagree completely and utterly. Take a look at some of the drill SCV performs this year.

It sucks so much that people are focused on the subpar music content and not even thinking about the visual.

I usually come around on BD shows by the year after they perform them. This one happened early.

This Blue Devils ballad had been running through my head all week, and I literally caught myself swaying to it while waiting in a line yesterday.

Best moment in any show from the past few years, not just this one.

I always thought it was incredibly boring all year. That news surprises me.

Yep, PR's show is the only show I groan at and wait for it to be over, to be completely honest.

A lot of new fans like me are fans in spite of it. I've talked to quite a few bandmates about the issue and most resonate with the opinion that electronics are going too far. It is a brass and percussion (and color guard) performance, after all.

Seeing two people an hour away fro me kind of makes me jealous but I'll do without.

More like goo zone. Sitting at the very front is always a letdown.

I like shows that are so good on a surface level that they encourage you to look further into it, and actually find something there.

I wasn't arguing that, just saying that yours was outdated. I think costuming does have an impact on how the judges see the show, whether they reference it in their tapes or not.

SCV has hands down the best drill this year and it's not even close. The drill near the end of the ballad is amazing high velocity pattern drill, and the closer is incredible.

Whoa they added effects into the beginning of no one, that actually makes it a lot better! Edit: they also added a real ending
