Babylon is about sending a message and SCV is making it very loud and clear.

Spirit isn’t that far away either.

One of the first questions designers should ask themselves is “would I want to perform this show?”

Yep. Some very young and inexperienced ppl are running it.

They also don’t need to have three ballads in a show.

That had more to do with 2010 and a certain brass staff down the road.

It’d be cool if they used the props as portals to new worlds and they changed the music, guard, and visuals to reflect each new world they’ve entered. If that’s what they’re already doing, I just don’t see it. If they’re going for subtle, they should’ve consulted with Terrence Malick. He’s from the Rockford area.

Maybe if the competition from 1–12 were only a couple points from one another.

Gotta set the corps up for success.

Well, it is. GE isn’t the caliber to propel them above 9th. The show doesn’t really go anywhere. I get the sense of wonderment they’re trying to portray but it’s just one note. Still very dirty visually.

For others to rise, some must fall.

It’s a really good show but they could’ve named it anything and I still couldn’t find the theme.
