  1. As per another post (yes I modified your original post). Some days I think he works at Target along with JimF. Other days I think N.E. Brigand is the General Manager at Target.
  2. One guy I spoke to here in Montreal told me not to take the vaccine because it might have a microchip embedded in it. I didn't know how to reply so I just smiled and walked away and as I got further I started to run.
  3. I don't think you are a Jet. There won't be any dancing required.
  4. Some days the only thing missing on here is a dance routine to go along with the gang ups - like the prologue to West Side Story.
  5. We actually had a privately-run nursing home where the staff abandoned the patients. The story even made it to the NY Times. https://www.nytimes.com/2020/04/16/world/canada/montreal-nursing-homes-coronavirus.html
  6. Phantom's "Into the Light" is the perfect example. You didn't need to have it explained. You heard the title of the show and were able to interpret what it was about without asking questions.
  7. Sorry, I should have checked fromthepressbox.com to make sure the date was correct. I just took it from the title of the clip.
  8. Someone recently posted an early season video of '84 Vanguard performing on June 8th in Riverside, California. The show is quite solid for early season. Although portions of the show are missing guard work and final show flags, the one big difference you will see is brass members pick up blue banners to use during the drum solo. The top two scores are announced at the end of the video. They beat Devils.
  9. Spin Cycle is one of my favorite Cavaliers shows. The visuals are just so nice. At the 2:25 mark there is a move in the opener where a circle spins from right to left through a block and as the circle hits the next row in the block, it disintegrates, passes through the circle and forms on the other side. Every time I watch it I think how do you come up something like that AND then how do you teach it.
  10. I didn't even know about that podcast until it was mentioned on here in an earlier post. I knew about Drunk Corps and tried to listen to it once, but wasn't crazy about it.
  11. I liked Cadets in 2003. I thought they had some interesting drill moments and the opening "show" before the show was different. I also loved the Z-pull at the end of the show. However I thought Rocky Point Holiday was kind of flat.
  12. I don't agree. I think satire and irony are flourishing. Traditional sources have changed though. Social Media is an incredible source. While everyone likes to complain about it, I see so many things that make me laugh. There are some very funny commentators out there.
