  1. The show they are going to do. Is better than a tribute. It's probably the best BD show in 10 years...... I do know what it is...and I can't tell anyone.
  2. Im goin to say....top 6 will be. Arizona Academy Blue Devils "B" ECJ Fever SCVC Spartans --No particular order-- -im biased- go west coast!!!!!!!!!!!!
  3. We get tons and tons of people who try out for the drumline, so we don't have a choice to not make cuts. Unless they want to try out for cymbals. Or pick up some sort of mallet instrument, or even play a horn. But we definitly get an over load of kids for the drumline.
  4. Copyright issues holding them back. It's a good idea though from what I've heard.
  5. Fever is more considered to be in mid-cal. But nor-cal, mid-cal. Same difference......
  6. http://www.bluedevils.org/events/2005/workshop/ Check it out.
  7. 2000 was an awesome show. One of my fav's for sure.
  8. Not true. BD is not local at all. I doubt that any top 12 drum corps is.
  9. We gots the same problem out here. Especially with fever. But we are growing, so that's good. (Our guard was ginormous last year......32 people.) (we had 32 brass.)
  10. Then if last year was an acception. Then 2004 was an acception because finals havn't been that far out west for quite a long time.
  11. Just wait until all you east coast corps have to travel way out here for champs. Then it's a different story. ya know. Because it isn't expensive for us to go out to you guys or anything.
  12. My HS has 16", 18", 22", 26", 30".
  13. I doubt DLPL.net will ever come back.....
  14. The corps will never happen. We have the hands filled with fielding a WGI group.
  15. Yes a few people come from Mandarins. I don't know how many audition, but we had a few in our line last year.
  16. Most likely! But I'm just trying to spread the word.....
  17. I guess.....I'm not too big of a fan with the dry tuning that they have been doing the past 2 or 3 years, but whatever. Anyways! You can make dynasty's sound like Blue Devils Yamahas......
  18. then it probably wouldn't be called a winter drumline and compete in WGI anymore either.....
