Having a business plan on paper is one thing, getting people to join is another. In honesty, it doesn't surprise me what happened with the Brigs. Right now NY state is in economic shambles. There isn't extra money to spend in donations, fundrasing, etc. I'm sure there are people who would love to march but as said earlier in the thread, if a decision between marching and rent has to be made, rent will come first. No amount of recruiting is going to solve this issue. If people do not have disposable income (and not many do right now) then they are going to make the decision not to march. Now not knowing the whole story this might be ony a part of the story. I bet numbers at DCA shows will be down again this year also. Again it comes down to disposible income. just my 0.02 cents

wow, got your knickers in a bunch eh? Why don't you go and have one of your nasty tasting beers and relax a bit? I spent 5 years in Rochester (for college) and spent much time around the river, and yes IMHO the river does look like you really wouldn't want to swim in it. Also I always though the water in Rochester tasted funny, my that's just me and my 5 yrs experience of living there. and I would like an apology for being called a "dickweed" even though I am missing one critical part that would make the term fit.
