I've been waiting for 17 minutes and counting "waiting for an operator" for the online/"live" tech support. 3. I'm a platinum member, and this is unacceptable. Not only is the product they sold me non-existant at this point, but they have zero customer support either to help me at least get their crappy feed everyone else seems to be getting. This is really bullshittie. I might have to drive up to Pasadena next week just to punch some body. I'm sorry you are having so much trouble, and for all the others who are too. I've been there and I know how frustrating it is. I don't understand why they don't have their tech support link in front of their sign in page. How frustrating to not even be able to reach someone from tech support when your problem is that you can't even log in. That IS ridiculous. Well, they had better NOT try that... Otherwise this a good communication board to organize action if need be. Needless to say, I am ticked off worse than a hungover VFW judge....
