Vanguard Rich
So, you must remember the O'Connell's, Cathy and Billy? I know them both very well. Marched with Bill, his 1st year in the Vanguard in 1968 where he played cymbals, and with both of them in the Chicago Connection in the late '70's, where Cathy played mallets & Bill was on snare drum. I also see them both occasionally, when Bill's playing with his "Chicago Connection" orchestra or his '70's rock group "One Foot In The Groove". steelcityrabbit
What do I know, I'm not a drummer! Well,...maybe for a month or 2 back when I was about 14-15. That's a coincedence, wasn't that the same two months you were a horn player also? Kidding, just breaking balls, that was too easy to pass up. You owe me one back. I still love ya Mike. Yeah, Bill's playin' somewhere on west Devon soon, I haven't seen them yet. They're old pals. Glad to see they have friends
hairbear
I don't know 90% of them, so I go by clues and try to recall what's in my vault of names. You'd have to be like several of the Whoers here who hob nob at the various functions associated with this activity. Yeah, I need more "hob-nob time".... I only made it to one "Gas", in 1994! That's not enough to produce the required results! Had a great time though!! NanciD
If you *know* who it is.... please wait a while (not everyone is on here all day or even daily for that matter) If there have been no Guesses..........Then give a *challenging* hint. When giving hints on these try to be creative and just dangle the tiniest tidbit. Make people really think / work on it. Then wait it out a while before tossing another tiny vague tidbit... C'mon we've got to make these last a little longer. PLEASE?? For a little more insight on the workings of this thread check out pg. 790 post #7894. Also, any comments made MUST be made in good taste... this is a fun loving thread... not a revenge match. Please spew your venom elsewhere. Please submit any questions and / or pics in their full size (preferably JPG format), with full description - names, Corps, Stadium, Year... etc. to: The *Guess Who* Mailbox Thanx in advance! All that said and out of the way... Guess Who # 321, One at a time, Left to Right, please? (BTW: you can click on the pic to enlarge it.) Ok, ok 1st on left (Timp) : Kieth Warfield (and yes, Harold Barber is behind the Timp line)
