rayfallon
Ray ... this guy's roots are in Queens (as far as I know) ... now , if you still consider that part of LI, then you're still ok ... :-) Queens, Brooklyn, all part of Long Island, although most folks concentrate on Nassau and Suffolk County. Rich people think of Long Island as the Hamptons, a good part of the North Shore, and occasionally Montauk. Queens like marched in St Albans and went to St Francis Prep and later studied at Manhattan College? That Queens?
rayfallon
He informed me that this was his one and only stint as the Hurc's DM ... :-) But he picked up a horn at DCA and played "Stormy Weather" no? That guy?
rayfallon
I saw the Sun thing on YT and ya did a mighty fine job Ray. I tried a little research on the current feature and I confused myself. I need to recap my own findings. Something tells me he's Italian though. Glen unless I'm completely wrong he's not only an Irish guy but one you marched with... But I've been completely wrong before, sometimes for years at a time...
ajlisko
Yup ... that Queens ... then he wound up on the Left Coast ... :-)

TennTux
Ray ... never say dry to a fish ... especially this one ... let's just say that you and the guy in the pic have a few things in common ... the least being that you're both in the BHOF ... :-) Also DM'ing for the Hurricanes....
