Hawthorne Caballeros Camp Weekend

Wildwood Camp May 16th – 18th, 2008

The Hawthorne Caballeros roar to the shore for our camp weekend from Friday night, May 16th through Sunday, May 18th. The full corps (Brass, Percussion and Guard) will rehearse all weekend. On Friday night, May 16th, 2008 Brass and Percussion will meet at Wildwood High School on Montgomery Avenue in Wildwood. (Click here for directions). The Guard will meet at Maxwell Field. Rehearsal will begin at 8:00 pm and go till 11:00 pm.

On Saturday and Sunday, May 17th and 18th we will rehearse at the legendary Maxwell Field (directions). Rehearsal on Saturday will begin at 8:30 am and end at 11:00 pm. On Sunday, rehearsal will begin at 8:30 am and wrap up at 3:00 pm.

The Caballeros are so excited to head down to our Home Down the Shore – Wildwood, NJ. We truly appreciate the support of the town, the Mayor and look forward to seeing many of our fans and friends this weekend. I hope you can stop by and visit. And don’t forget! 'Cause down the shore everything's alright. You and the drum corps on a saturday night. Nothing matters in this whole wide world, when you're marching with a jersey corps!

The Cabs on the Board Walk, what more can one say. Ice Cream, Roast Beef, and Car races. Hopefully some practice too.

I did a quick update to the times - we start on Saturday and Sunday at 8:30 am - more shower time. lol. And the ending times on Friday and Saturday have been updated. See ya down the shore, safe travels.

Lots of practice time Mr Pronti... All but Malaguena should be done this week.....Right on Schedule...Eric and the rest of the staff are doing a great job...This is the hardest working Cabs corps in at least a year LOL Rehearsals have been going really well.. Still need a couple of brass players... So if your interested come on down and check us out in Wildwood....See you on Friday night 8:00pm Sharp...

Why no videos of camps/rehearsals, etc... ? Usually there are quite a few by this time of year. What gives?
