DcFr3aK
Okay, what you need to do is hold the instrument at proper playing position with good posture while in front of a mirror. This will allow you to see what you need to look like and if you see yourself slipping, push through it. Doing breathing exercises while doing this also simulates certain diaphragm support that you will be doing while warming up or actually doing drill. Push ups and running should keep you in good enough shape to hold a trumpet.
