Phantom 2008 in the theater - copyright secured?

Since the copyright for the DVD on the one particular song was not secured, doesn't this mean that the same

song cannot be shown in the theaters as well?

Or is that yet a different set of copyrights?

Or did the promoter of the Countdown secure the copyright needed (doubtful).

I was always curious as to what exactly they took out of the DVD?

It sounds like it did during the summer to me.

They didn't get rights for part of the Tjeknavorian piece. The first minute or so isn't on the DVD; the songs starts, but it skips ahead.
