CasualFan Posted April 28, 2009 Share Posted April 28, 2009 DCI stated the synch license was the license in question. As far as I know, that only affects DVD/videocassette recordings. I highly suspect, but I am not positive, that The Countdown is considered a broadcast event which would be covered by the broadcast license.
