Meaghatron
Holy crap! Cadets more than 2 points down! Glassmen tied w/Crown! WOW! I wouldn't be too shocked by it. The scores were just low. The next night, they both went up by around a point.

pags
Impressive showing by The Cavaliers there.....when is the last time they won percussion overall (i.e. Championships)? (And no, I'm not getting ahead of myself..I'm just curious.) Was it 2000? If so, boy it's been a while...

There's great stuff going on with their percussion.
Storkysr
I wouldn't be too shocked by it. The scores were just low. The next night, they both went up by around a point. They weren't "just low". The spreads are ridiculous relative to all prior shows. Have to look see what judge(s) thought that Glassmen were in Crowns league!

Seeing Cavies & PR up close and personal early season (Stillwater) I'm shocked that they're at the top... there didn't seem like there was much room to grow in the battery book compared to PR. IS it possible that the pit is carrying them right now? (Cavies front ens. is SMOKIN this year)
sodakphan
Come on phantom!! Let's get a move on!! Don't despair, UNTdrummer11! My source in PR (snare drummer son) says the corps is really re-working the drill. I suspect their most recent drum caption score reflects this. The corps is very upbeat and excited about the changes they are putting in (don't ask me what they are! I really have no idea.). I suspect the drum scores will climb as the drill and music come together in the next few days. By the way, this is my first posting on DCP. Thanks for lighting my fire to respond!
