skimannc1
Cavies this is my second read. The show is simple in theme not hard to fopllow. The drill of course is very good and makes sense with the show. I like the arrangements better then previous years simply because it's more melodic in nature. I don't think they are creating enough volume to get any dynamic contrast. They have one range and it's mezzo. This alone makes the show uneventful and blah which is why they are not reaching the crowd. They are very clean except for the one time they play lots of moving notes and they need to work that out. Drums and guard are the strength of the corps except the guard is written out of the focal areas too much. This show doesn't have a lot of growth from performance or design from what I see. I hope to see them build it but not sure.
