08ThunderBass5 Posted August 6, 2009 Share Posted August 6, 2009 it's just like facebook status updateswhen the people you are "following" make a post (a "tweet"), it shows up on your home page. people use "hashtags" as a way to categorize tweets, so they might write something like "Troopers sounding good! #dci" or #drumcorps you can use the search feature on the right to search for hashtags (or words) Thank you! However, I'm basically Twitter-Illiterate; can anyone give me a few pointers on how to get started and how it works? I need to add the search column to Tweet Deck. I say short and sweet. You only get 140 characters afterall. I'll be using #dci I'll be in the theater tonight, in front of my computer tomorrow, and in one of the worst seats in Lucas Oil on Saturday. It would be easy to just follow one of the corps, but some of us like talking to each other. I hope to re-work the site considerably soon. I might choose a different name too. I am sure that @CorpsScores will be busy over the next 3 days.
