brassboy
OP deleted. Thanks for the correction, Boo! I think I just remembered "Slaughter on 10th Avenue" and imagined the "10th" as their placement. :) Edited August 11, 2009 by brassboy
Michael Boo
Madison Scouts went from 1st place in 1988 to, I believe, 10th place in 1989. 7th place. And it should be noted they still scored a 93.60. Only Bluecoats' 94.05 in 2007 was higher for that placement in Finals. festive
Star of Indiana 1985 went from not existing to 10th. And from 2nd in 1993 to not existing in 1994. Not quite a matching bookend, but still, quite a leap.
Dr.Mickey
So I guess that would be infinity improvement. If Star's improvement was infity, then their decision not to compete in 1994 was a drop of infitiy plus one?
BRASSO
Star of Indiana 1985 went from not existing to 10th. INT went from existing to not existing to somewhere in between. Edited August 12, 2009 by BRASSO
Scerpella
Ok, I know this info is out there for me to research, but this is way more fun to read.Phantom Regiment went from 1st place last year, to 9th this year. Has there ever been a larger leap up or down from one year to the next within the top 12? If youre only looking at the year following a championship, then Phantom's is the largest drop. It was formerly Madison 88 1st to 89 7th.
