kevingamin
Sounds like Carmina Burana, might be the original source material Orff used in his work.
Todd Tanji
Nice baritone ensemble. Horns have a nice big sound. Playing a variation on Carmina Burana. I first heard them play that in 1976 .. or was it 1975???
kevingamin
This is a very strong Kilties corps. I can see why they're seeded 9th and might make their return to Finals.
Todd Tanji
Scott Stewart's wife is the tiny baritone player. Tah-Dah!
Todd Tanji
Drum line is small but confident. Nice staging of small ensembles. Saw them rehearse yesterday. Looks like they are having a good run.
kevingamin
Ahh, I'm right, this is Carmina Burana. Nice moment where the drum major conducts a chord, checks with the crowd to see if it's loud enough, conducts the second chord (louder), checks with the crowd again, then conducts the third chord (loudest). No rule saying you can't have fun with Renaissance music.

Todd Tanji
Guard has sabers. Red and black uni's. Nice high stepping footwork while double-tonguing.
kevingamin
Very nice double tonguing by the brass as they high step forward at half time in a wedge formation. Great way to end the piece! Drum solo. Only three snares and two tenors, so they've got a lot to make up for.
