The mystery of their fading light. That shines upon our Caravan -Duke Ellington An odyssey through the desert is in store for MBI fans this year. The story of our voyage will be told in five acts: Camp, Mirage, Sandstorm, Oasis, and Caravan. Musical selections for the production include: "Bangkok" (from Chess) "Danse Bacchanale" (Camille Saint-Saens) "Nefud Mirage" (from Lawrence of Arabia) "Kashmir" (Led Zepplin) "Scheherazade" (Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov) "Caravan" (Duke Ellington) "This is going to be a fantastic vehicle for our Corps," said Joel Matuzak-MBI Program Coordinator, "The music and concept allows us to continue to innovate in the all-age Drum Corps activity while maintaining a program that audiences will love. I couldn't be more excited!" We are so excited to begin the 2010 season! We invite everyone to join Minnesota Brass at our Open House Saturday January 2 at 2:00PM to launch the new year.
