Congratulations to all inductees!!! Thanks for posting, Charlie!

A special shout out to four individuals that I know quite well!

Chuck Bishop, you taught the bananas really well, (and THIS DM, also!) and you were a GREAT DM for Cabs Alumni!!! Thank you!

Charlie Bruen, who taught Math at my alma mater, Bergenfield; and whom I used to watch marching in Sky! Thank you!

Ray Priester, whom I came to know in recent years as the director of Sky Alumni! Great job, Ray, and thanks for all the support that you've given to the Bridgemen Alumni Corps in the last several years! Thank you!

And Louis Storck, for many years of dedication to the Caballeros! I enjoyed marching with you, and you have given so much to our activity! Thank you!

Although I don't know the others, personally, I'm certain that the honor is well-deserved!!!

Some of the others are:

Jim and Mary Kilcomins - founders of the Melrose Black Hawks, Mary is the DM.

Her husband Jim passed away just last year but great folks !!

Steve Raclowski - the 50 yr old Caballero and good friend/school mate of our own Bill Moore (also in NJDCHoF).

Whenever there's a sop trio, he ans his white hair are in it (I should talk) :-)

Anthony Sepe - SAC snare back in the day and the founding director of BSGK Alumni corps

Who's left?

I think Sepe was a great rudimental bass player, at least when I was following them in the late 60's.

I think you are right - along with Don Interdonato.

But I also think he eventually played snare, But I could be wrong also !!

Tony and Don last played Rudi together in 1970. I believe Tony was the drum instructor in 1972 the last year the junior corps performed. He then was the drum instructor of the Alumni corps along with being director for the first coupe of years

Correct. Tony and Don Interdonato were the two rudi bass players in those classic mid/late-60s Blessed Sac drum lines. They defined the style!

Fred O.

Don't forget Brian Fallon....
