The recommendations gets submitted to the advisory committee first and vote on Yes or No They all should know by Friday of next week... That's is all Yes, things have changed. Now, in order to qualify, they must also get final dispensation from the Pope. No, not the one in Indiaanapolis, the one in Rome. How are the Floats going to teach two lines that are competing against each other, and how can they be caption heads at 2 different corps? NOT tryin to start something here, just am curious and i believe it's a valid question, i'm sure there are mor than just me who are curious. How will that work? how is it fair to both lines?
