Plates...Who's Got 'Em?

Recommended Posts

Which corps are marching plate lines this year?

And sticking with percussion, how about timpani?

I hope SCV is going to have a cymbal line this year. I hope they NEVER get rid of the line, either. I've always enjoyed watching them. But I thought I heard a couple of months ago that Madison isn't going out with one this year. That saddens me...:satisfied:

But I know Pioneer, Crossmen, Pacific Crest, Surf, and I believe Teal Sound and Colst have all had cymbal lines, too. Any news on them?

As far as I know, Pioneer, Crossmen, PC, Surf, Teal Sound, Academy, Cascades, Spirit, Colts and SCV. Sad to hear about Madison's plate line, IMO that was one of the corps' trademarks.

Did the Academy have one last year? I also thought Cascades might have one too.

I'm pretty sure every front ensemble as timpani.

But jeez, not like there's a thread about bashing front ensemble's or anything on here that would like to not see them

At Pacific Crest's Sneak Preview, their cym line was quite good! Grabbed my attention more than once!
