And then stomped them the other 2 out of the 4 years.... I heard somewhere that there was a rule proposal in 2008 in that the corps that won the most captions on finals night would be crowned the champion. apparently gibbs said no, phantom's director said yes? not sure if this is true or not.... just like how bob barker died.....
