Closest thing that I can recall is playing in the street with Heat Wave by the buses while Vic K was corps director down there. Since he's been with Hurcs it was cool to do that. But it wasn't the entire show that's for sure. I seem to recall hearing about this in Scranton in the 2002-2005 era. So unless I'm mistaken and every corps was doing this but the Hurcs for the last 20 years....it's only a less than 10 year thing...right? The local committee is currently exploring options / possible compromises with the city, and further information should be forthcoming. Until then, we're not helping the cause with some of the posts and speculation in here, and since this is a cause I think we'd all like to see helped...
