WOOHOO
My advice: Don't make your summer about your placement, make it about knowing that you did everything you could do to be the best performer you could. The regret of knowing there was something you could have done better, however minute, is way worse than being 11th instead of 12th, or 5th instead of 6th, or whatever. I guess 1st instead of 2nd would be nice, but it's just drum corps.
wcmello09
By the way after the first show you'll improve and the jitters will go away! my 2nd summer, i didnt have "jitters" at our first show, in fact i was pretty calm and ready to go. but on quarterfinals... i had "jitters" through our opener and a little past it after that, i dont remember any of the performance.
