RickCogley
Thanks for posting that video. Nothing like 3-camps. Here's hoping for a full recovery for Mr. Hurley.
InspaDave
(Am I the only person that started tapping those patterns on their desk after reading that?) Mike Nope. I immediately picked up my sticks and started playing some hand to hand Swiss triplets (poorly). Now all I have to do is play some Phantom Phrenzy. mendy328
HERE'S THE LATEST ON MARTY FROM JOHN: Marty had a rough evening and is struggling today. They put him back on the respirator. Doctors are still very positive and keep saying that sometimes you have to take a step back in order to take two forward. They are not allowing any visitors today and probably not tomorrow. So, keep sending positive energy and prayers!

3rd Glasgow BB
Mendy328.........Anybody..............How is Marty doing? John Wooton who I think is a colleague of Marty’s posts regular updates on his FB page. Search for John Wooton. He's the Southern Miss one. From his comments I'd say there's been slow improvement. The dcotors certainly sound very optomistic.

PRAng
Sad news to report. From John Wooton: "I am sorry I have not posted more news about Marty lately, but recently there hasn't been a lot of good news. Today Marty decided to move on. He has been released from the hospital and all tubes have been removed. He is comfortable and at home. He requested no visitors during his final days. God Bless Marty Hurley." CrunchyTenor
In their eras, Marty Hurley and Fred Sanford did more to bring musicality to field percussion than any two people I can think of. God bless you, Marty, and say hi to Fred when you get there. Garry in Vegas
