skeptic Posted September 21, 2011 Share Posted September 21, 2011 We get this a lot, and after much debate and discussion, we have decided to finally cave in to public opinion. At our end-of-season banquet last weekend, Kilties BoD president Bill Roetzer debuted the prototype of our new duds. As you will see, they address some of the issues most frequently raised with our visual package and presentation. First, there is some leg coverage and no more spats which we hope will improve some of the alleged "timing issues" and there is a more uniform hat to eliminate some of the uniformity "issues" with the appearance of our headgear. Additionally there is some more color on the top half of the uniform as you can clearly see. Finally, the corps stays true to our Scottish heritage with a new, monocolor sporran with a little special bonus feature for the benefit of the brass players (not pictured). We hope they meet the approval of DCP's VERY high standards: Moral of this story is, be careful what you wish for, you may get it! Wig not included?
