Mike I forgot the smilie! It was meant in jest. Personally, whichever way they want to go is fine by me. Post these sorts of things in advance or after the fact has no impact on me at all. Mike Oh great, if this activity wasn't already centered enough around designers and staff, now we really have a judging system that only rewards the designers and makes the kids who are actually performing the shows a complete afterthought. This is a horrible idea. The one caption that rewards the kids is now being replaced with a "design caption" in addition to having a General Effect caption?
