Kamarag
How do '84 Suncoasters feel about Madison bringing back Requiem from their show last year and now using it during encores? Everyone I know loved it. Robert was very up front about how and why he used it, and that's good enough for any Suncoast alum. The fact that they played it straight up was a bonus.

DrumManTx
I had a great Twitter conversation (yes, you can have a conversation on Twitter, even with 140 characters per post) with Mike McIntosh, percussion arranger for the Cavaliers. He really is a class act and is part of the reason why Cavies are going to have a great show this year, despite their slow competitive start. He's writing my colleges drum book this coming year apparently, excited to say the least.
Kamarag
ESOM is going to go down as a real drum corps classic. Good for them.

rkfdPRphan
They need an actual end to the song, though. True! They stopped and we stood to clap. Very entertaining encore! Thanks Scouts!!!
kevingamin
Personally, I like it when corps sing (unamplified). '08 Bluecoats is the best example, but a horn line that sings well usually plays really well, too. Gotta love ear training.
