Some of his high school work was AMAZING (especially Reagan), but that's what his DCI shows sounded like, high schools, I just think that's what he was meant for, didn't transition well into DCI at all. supersop Posted July 14, 2012 Share Posted July 14, 2012 Crossmen are doing a bunch of things right ... but I am finding some of the transitions musically to be a bit rough around the edges. And, some of the visual design is unclear (not due to marching members execution). It almost looks like the drill designer said .. ok I want an 8 to 5 during this set but I need this section featured 3 sets from now ..... it's a bit transient rather than showing clear intent.
