They might have, but I think perhaps you might be thinking of St' Joe's of Batavia that put on an exhibition at DCI when it was held in Buffalo. Michael Boo Posted February 21, 2013 Share Posted February 21, 2013 I'm going with 1976 as the first year one didn't need a flag squad. But did they still require flags to be posted? I'm wondering because I remember SCV taking some grief for sticking a flag in a bucket, and some saying they're rather see no flag than that.
