leed17
Anyone watch their 2013 DCA Finals Blu-ray yet? I watched mine, and the audio is not in sync with the video. Just wondering if its just mine or all of the batch are not aligned properly. I have an email in to DCA now. leed17
shhmatt
Haven't even recieved my copy yet. The number of shipping days until 12/25 are few, and I even ordered before DCA Championships... I hope you get word back about the audio sync problem. FPonzo
Yes...I noticed this too on my Blu-Ray also. Very frustrating watching C2 march on their left foot!!!
Jeff Ream
did you contact the company?
leed17
Yes, company was contacted. Mike thought it was just a bad blu-ray disc on my endl and would replace it after the holidays, but now I am worried since someone else has posted the same thing (Frank). burdettsky
My DVD was slightly off sync between the sound and the video as well.
Dan Detweiler
Just got mine for Christmas, YEA!!! Seems that the bad sync is when they go to the high camera shots. At least it is more noticeable on mine. Still, sure has been fun checking everyone out today. Gets me pumped for our next camp! Happy holidays folks...nah, screw it... MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!! KCWolfPck
My Blu-ray video/audio is out of sync too. I'm glad you all posted about it as I thought it was just delayed processing on my new TV. On a separate note, I find that the audio mix on the Blu-ray leaves a lot to be desired. I'm not sure how many of you listen on quality audio systems, but I find that the majority of the audio comes from only the center channel speaker. Luckily, I have a quality center channel speaker, but would have preferred an audio mix similar to how DCI does it....utilizing the entire front soundstage and LFE channels (L/R speakers and subwoofer/s). I was very underwhelmed by the audio mix. On the other hand.....video quality is superb! Edited December 30, 2013 by KCWolfPck
leed17
Hi Everyone, Just an update on my defective Blu-ray discs - after corresponding with Mike at DCA, he sent me a new disc quickly and painlessly. The new disc worked great, no audio to video sync issues. He was very accomodating, and I am glad it was just a bad disc and not a larger problem with everyone who ordered. Thanks to Mike at DCA Productions and I hope everyone enjoys your discs leed17
