Compressors are really not that hard to use. They could set up an Aphex Compellor at the beginning of the first day and not have to look at it again for the rest of the weekend. I don't know the age makeup of their corps this year, but in open class you are indeed more likely to get those of the younger demographic.. Although there are age-outs in Open Class.
