bandman28 38
do the international corps factor into this top 12?
N.E. Brigand 7,459
Do the international corps factor into this top 12? International corps who meet DCI requirements (typically meaning no overage members) are eligible to compete in Open Class--as opposed to at Open Class events. Jubal has been scored separately since their first competition two weeks ago, and with the two others likewise scored that way tonight, then I suspect that the three corps will not bump any North American corps from O.C. Finals tomorrow, meaning only Racine and Saints are out. But we'll know more soon, I suspect.
