Ghost
I didn't know that you were the Boston Crusaders Drum Major for the CYO Nationals in '65 Ghost. I thought Denon ( and Shellmer) decided to go with " Stokey" as DM. Stokie replaced me after I skipped a Fri. practice at the Comm. Armory for the CYO Ball. I was handed a soprano and pointed to the horn line the following Sunday. By April/May off 66, I became Stokie's ADM. (Well, I thought the St. Pat's Drill Team member was sincere in her liking me!) Got it. My guess then it was Ed Denon that decided this .. in that barrel, raspy sounding voice he had ( lol!)
