ajlemm
I so wanted to go to this, but due to the big storm last night in the Twin Cities, I still don't have power!

Pit_Girl_77
Weather is perfect right now. Colts are in ensemble at St. Peter High school, I think the colt cadets are in Lake Crystal and Caralina Crown at Mankato West. Anyone traveling to the show be advised that Stage Highway 169 between St. Peter and Mankato is closed, highway 22 is the best detour to Mankato State. Also there is lots of resurfacing being done near the stadium, so allow more than normal time to get parked and organized. I am going to try and periscope a bit in the lot, but likely not during the show.
Northern Thunder
Good Ol' Blakeslee Stadium! I had a great visit with Gail Royer there back in '92, his final year as SCV director.

BlueStainGlass
I believe this is the field the drum majors conduct from the stands?

Northern Thunder
That would have been something! Yes, it really was an amazing thing. He told me he didn't know what he was going to do without drum corps. Little did any of us know he would be gone less than a year later.
